If you're familiar with belt conveyors, then you already know that the majority of maintenance that goes into belt conveyors is spent on tracking. Some consider properly tracking a conveyor belt to be an art as over tensioning, incorrect assembly and several other factors can make it a very tricky task.
Fortunately - the belts on these power conveyors are specially designed to solve most of the tracking issues typically associated with traditional PVC belts. This belt is composed of a polyester fabric with a PVC embossed cover. This belt features low noise, a low coefficient of friction, excellent tracking characteristics, flexibility, good edge integrity and is flame retardant to ASTM D-378.
