We make it easy to get exactly what you need for your unique packing operations. These preconfigured models (1-4) feature differing configurations to make ordering an easy and enjoyable process. All of these packing benches can be ordered with either a Bullnose Laminate or Maple work surface.
Specs:
- Overall bench capacity: 1000 pounds.
- 14 Gauge legs/16 gauge accessories
- Full Arc Welded Legs, Bolted stringer and accessories
The Bullnose Laminate Top is constructed from (2) 3/4" particle board cores that are laminated together. The front is routed and a laminate layer is heated & wrapped 180º around the front edge. All other sides are laminated to prevent damage from moisture.
The 1-3/4" Maple Top is easily the most popular wood surface offered. These bench tops are made with strips of maple that are glued and pressed to create a high capacity surface with a nice appearance. All maple tops are sealed to protect against moisture and can be resurfaced or refinished if the need arises.

Model #1
This packing station covers all the bases for most shipping and packing applications. The overhead structure has a fixed top shelf for carton storage and (2) full depth bottom shelves. This gives you ample storage for all items needed for your packing process. Also included is a 12" deep adjustable height steel shelf, 4 way adj. spool holder, fluorescent light fixture, a (4) outlet electrical strip with rear mount rail, and a tote rail to hang standard hanging totes. (Totes are not included, but shown for demonstration purposes.)
Model #2
This packing table addresses the needs for most shipping applications and can be further customized with any of the workbench accessories we offer. With the full depth bottom shelf for carton storage, and the 5" high drawer for smaller items, this table offers ample storage area for any and all items needed. Also included on this work station is an overhead light fixture, spool holder, angled shelf, and a rear back plate with (4) outlet strip.
Model #3
This deluxe packing workstation includes the 12" height adjustable lift system which makes this table ideal for any multi-user packing process. Also included is an overhead structure with fluorescent light fixture, articulating monitor arm with keyboard tray and mouse pad, 12" steel shelf with back and end plates, 16" deep carton shelf with hoop dividers, rear backplate with 4 outlet strip, and full depth bottom shelf with hoop dividers. Standard work-height adjustment range is 28" - 40", and the lower carton shelf adjusts in height with the entire table.
Model #4
The side mount roll holder is a great place to store a roll of packing material needed for most shipping applications. This workstation includes the side mount roll holder along with a (4) way adjustable spool holder that mounts to the uprights on the rear of the work table. Other items included on this pack bench are the 16" deep carton shelf with hoop dividers, a tiltable 12" deep steel shelf, a full depth bottom shelf with hoop dividers, and a holder for the material on the side mount unit. |
