200 pounds/ft : 18" Wide Flexible Roller Conveyor works well for loading and unloading trucks or trailers. Simply expand the conveyor into the truck and contract it when done. Capacity with 5-1/4" Axle Centers Fully Extended: 200 pounds/lineal foot Rollers (see pic4) S-1-3/8" OD (Outside Diameter), galvanized steel rolled with sealed ball bearings and spring-loaded axles, 9 rollers per section. Axles 5/16" full -length steel axles at leg point assembly and spring-loaded connections at side links. Axle Centers Standard 5-1/4" axle centers. To accommodate small packages, restrictors are also available for 3" or 4" centers. (Please call us for more information.) Leg sets and 4-Point Connection 1-1/8" OD (Outside Diameter), 12-gauge steel tubing with adjustable reinforced inner leg and double cross-braces, zinc plated. Incremental height marks are provided on outer leg to facilitate uniform pitch adjustment. Four-point bolted leg connection to axles and side links. Height Adjustment Standard: 28" to 36" (Note: For conveyors over 24' extended, a combination of leg height adjustments may be required to achieve proper gravity flow. Please consult with an SJF rep for further details.) Optional: 24" to 28" - 36" to 44" - 44" to 52" (Please call us for more information) Side Links and Connections 7-gauge, zinc-plated steel. Top connections are provided by 5/16" steel axles with lock nuts. Cross-point connections are steel pivot pins with spring-loaded retainers. Bottom connections are a combination of pivot pins and 5/16" steel tie rods. Box Stop Handle Heavy-duty 1-1/8" OD (Outside Diameter), 12-gauge steel tubing with 1/4" steel brackets, zinc plated. Box stop folds down when connecting the conveyor to equipment or other conveyors. The box stop is also a convenient push/pull handle. Couplers To link conveyors together, each unit is equipped with one set of 7-gauge steel couplers opposite the box stop end. Couplers may also be added to the box stop end. Heavy-Duty Casters Standard: 5" x 1-1/2" swivel caster with heavy-duty stem. Casters with swivel/wheel lock pedal brakes are provided on the first and last leg sets. Warranty Two Year.
