Skatewheel pallet flow rail is typically used with pallet rack in two or three-deep pick systems. The rails can be configured in either single wheel (inline) or double wheel (staggered) runs. Steel wheels are composed of 15 gauge steel and are load rated for 150 pounds each. Staggered wheels are mounted on 1.5” centers when staggered and 2” centers when inline. The side frame supports are created using 12 gauge galvanized steel and measure 1” x 3” x 1”. Each rail has one ramp stop and an anti-rollback device pre-installed. PLEASE NOTE: A Minimum of 6 rails must be purchased per order. SJF will not process orders for less than 6 ea. flow rails.
