These light duty gravity roller conveyor curves are available with both 45 and 90 degree angles Choose from a heavier duty industrial grade steel frame or a lighter weight aluminum conveyor frame, both of which can be used for a wide assortment of conveying tasks. The point where the conveyor pieces connect and on both open ends is where the stands will be placed. If you plan on using conveyor curves the same rules apply, only when connecting with other pieces, they must also have a support in the middle. Stands work as follows: Ea. 10' piece of conveyor needs 2 conveyor stands Two 10' pieces of conveyor needs 3 conveyor stands Three 10' pieces of conveyor needs 4 conveyor stands etc, etc. Weight Capacities: Steel Frame: 10' section Maximum Uniformly Distributed Load = 350 pounds Aluminum Frame: 10' section Maximum Uniformly Distributed Load = 160 pounds Maximum Static Load per Roller = 120 pounds Features Include: Made utilizing durable steel or aluminum frame and galvanized steel rollers. Widths of 12", 18", 24" & 30" to choose from. Rollers provided are 1-3/8" diameter x 18 gauge.
