Move Products from one workstation to another with the multipurpose pallet cart and carousel. The all welded construction features a 48" diameter carousel with a 1/4" tread plate deck and a removable handle for increased accessibility. Mounted on four 8" phenolic casters, the model CC-48 can transport loads up to 2,000 lbs.
As a cart you are able to reduce the strain of physically moving packages from workstation to workstation. To use simply lock the front casters perpendicular to the handle allowing the other two to swivel as needed. Reduce stretching and reaching with the manual 360 degree carousel. To use, lock the two casters at the handle end at a 45 degree angle to the handle and allow the other two to swivel as needed. Removing the handle allows for full access to the pallet at any position.

This cart is good for repositioning a load once you need to offload it. I do this with paper rolls in our bindery as they must be stacked and loaded into the press a certain way. This cart worked great for several months and then the carousel bearings needed to be greased - a pain in the ass as we had to get the instructions from SJF and then figure out how to take it apart to lube up the bearings.

this pallet cart moves drums around very easily, the casters seem to be well built and appear sound. I like the fact that I can easily reposition appliances when they're on the cart whether it be for easier lifting or placement.
