I found the 1000# model used it with a 600# hoist and trolly is an good combination for production worktables.

I go the 1000# model. I think its a real professional floor mounted jib. Its just what I needed without the overkill and high price associated to these things.

The big advantage floor mounted jibs offer is the ability to mount them in the middle of your floor and get a full 360 degrees of use of of it. It is by far the most used style used in production facilitites as far as I have seen.

We found that floor mounted jibs work the best for moving our steel sheets in and out of our shear and press equipment. We cut back considerably on our workman comp claims after installing these at all our work stations this past year.
