We make it easy to get exactly what you need for your unique packing operations. These preconfigured models (5-8) feature differing configurations to make ordering an easy and enjoyable process. All of these packing benches can be ordered with either a Bullnose Laminate or Maple work surface. Specs: Overall bench capacity: 1000 pounds. 14 Gauge legs/16 gauge accessories Full Arc Welded Legs, Bolted stringer and accessories The Bullnose Laminate Top is constructed from (2) 3/4" particle board cores that are laminated together. The front is routed and a laminate layer is heated & wrapped 180º around the front edge. All other sides are laminated to prevent damage from moisture. The 1-3/4" Maple Top is easily the most popular wood surface offered. These bench tops are made with strips of maple that are glued and pressed to create a high capacity surface with a nice appearance. All maple tops are sealed to protect against moisture and can be resurfaced or refinished if the need arises. Please read about each models' features below. Model #5 This bench is the ideal choice when needing a workstation for any shipping or receiving department. This unit includes the overhead sorter unit which allows papers and essential items to be oraganized with the (2) adjustable shelves in each cubby. This work table also includes a full depth bottom shelf with hoop dividers, a rear backplate with a (4) outlet strip, and a 12" deep angled steel shelf. Model #6 This packaging table includes a full width roll holder underneath the work surface - a great place to store a roll of bubble wrap or brown paper necessary for the packing processes. The work bench also includes a fixed height 16" deep top shelf with hoop dividers, fluorescent light fixture, and a 12" deep angled steel shelf with front lip. Model #7 This workstation is geared towards applications needing an overhead lockable cabinet. Also included is the half with melamine pegboard, rear backplate with (4) outlet strip, fluorescent light fixture, full depth bottom shelf and a flat screen monitor shelf with angled tray, and (5"H x 16"L x 14"W) roller bearing drawer. Model #8 This economical packing/shipping workbench will help organize items necessary for most applications. The accessories offered cover most of the basic needs and other accessories can also added in the future as the process evolves. This unit includes the (4) way adjustable spool holder, 12" deep adjustable height steel shelf, 16" deep adjustable height carton shelf with hoop dividers, a 24" full depth bottom shelf, and a 14"W x 16"L x 5"H roller bearing drawer.
