Poly wheel pallet flow rail can be found in situations where element resistance is more of an issue – like a cold-storage or freezer environment. These rails are made for two or three-deep pick systems. The rails can be configured in either single wheel (inline) or double wheel (staggered) runs. Poly wheels are an impact resistant polycarbonate formula suited to wide range of temperatures. The first 12” of wheels (at load ends ) are zinc die cast impact wheels. Staggered wheels are mounted on 1.5” centers when staggered and 2” centers when inline. The side frame supports are created using 12 gauge galvanized steel and measure 1” x 3” x 1”. Each rail has one ramp stop at one end. PLEASE NOTE: A Minimum of 6 rails must be purchased per order. SJF will not process orders for less than 6 ea. flow rails.
