| | Cantilever rack is sold as Double Sided or Single Sided.
Double- sided rack can stand alone with arms on both sides for full access.

Single- sided rack has arms on one side only for access to only one side.

Never put arms on the backside of a single-sided unit.
Cantilever racks are modular within each basic capacity series so additional arms, uprights and cross braces may be ordered to add to your existing system. Different sized arms can be interchanged on the racks to further tailor to different uses.
Uprights:
- Sold in varying heights and load capacities.
- Upright capacity can be computed by multiplying the number of arms per upright by the individual arm capacity. (not to exceed upright capacity)

Once you’ve decided on double or single sided rack and you’ve chosen a desired height with the proper capacity for your needs you are ready to purchase arms.
Arms:
Choose from Straight Arms or Inclined Arms with or without a lip at the end.
Straight Arms are great for storing materials that will not roll, such as wood, steel tube stock or other long square material. Straight arms have a minimum pitch of 3/8” per foot to compensate for deflection.

Inclined Arms are great for storing materials that will roll, such as metal or PVC pipes and other long round material. Inclined arms have a pitch of 20 degrees and are often tapered.

The quantity purchased will depend on your needs and whether you’ve chosen double or single sided uprights.
- Arm capacity varies by length. The shorter the arm the higher the weight capacity.
- Capacity is based on an evenly distributed load.
Brace Sets:
Used to hold the uprights together and provide stability.
- Again the length selected will depend the length of the material you are storing on the rack unit
- The length of the brace is measured from center of upright to center of adjacent upright.
- The number of braces needed depends on the height of your uprights:
8’ UPRIGHTS | 10’-14’ UPRIGHTS | 16’-20’ UPRIGHTS |
SET OF TWO | SET OF THREE | SET OF FOUR-INCLUDING X-BRACING |
